Directions: As a dietary supplement: Adults take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) daily, with a meal or as directed by a physician. Children 4 or more years of age, take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) two times per week with a meal or as directed by a physician. Children under 4 years of age, take as directed by a physician.
