I switched to Cardiotabs Bone Essentials 6 months ago & have noticed a marked change in my fingernails & skin. I’m excited to get my next DEXA scan in a couple of months. I don’t always get to take 4 tabs in a day though (at least 3 tabs). Would be great if the dosage was 3 tabs rather than 4 a day.

I have tried many calcium supplements but they all upset my stomach and give me constipation (except for the liquid calcium, but it is full of carbs). These give me no problems at all - they are easy to swallow and easily digested. I've never had my bone density tested so I can't comment on that.
