Auto-Delivery FAQ’s

How do I change my Auto-Delivery?
You are able to add, remove, or make updates at any time while you shop, before you check out, by logging into your account online, or by calling a Brand Ambassador at 1-800-811-1007.
In cart: You can change the quantity and frequency of shipments for each product in your shopping cart.

Before order submission: Prior to checkout, you can review your purchases and make changes before submitting your order.

How do I cancel my participation in Auto-Delivery?
You can opt out of Auto-Refill at any time by deactivating your subscription within your account or by calling a Brand Ambassador at 1-800-811-1007. Opting out or cancelling an order will stop all future shipments of that particular product. To resume receiving a product using the auto-refill service, you will need to place a new order for that product.  

How do I renew my Auto-Delivery?
Scheduled shipments will continue as long as you want them to, with no expiration date. No hassling with selecting your products again and again, year after year.

Note, if your credit card expires your shipment will not process until you update the information on file either by logging into your account or calling a Brand Ambassador at 1-800-811-1007.

Auto-Delivery Terms & Conditions
Customer agrees to charges for products based on the frequency selected.  Auto-Delivery will be in effect from the date first order is processed, unless canceled by customer.

Unless modified by the customer, the credit card used to set up the initial Auto-Refill order will be charged for subsequent orders. Subsequent orders will not be charged until they are shipped. By placing an Auto-Delivery order, you authorize CardioTabs to charge your credit card for subsequent Auto-Delivery orders from the date the first order is processed unless you cancel or suspend your Auto-Delivery shipments earlier.

Payment and order information is available to you on the site as a registered user. Credit cards and debit cards will be the only valid tender types accepted for payment on Auto-Delivery orders.

Actual order amount may vary due to changes in price and/or shipping amounts. Product prices will reflect pricing at time of shipment. All promotions, outside of specified Auto-Delivery promotions, will not apply to Auto-Delivery products.

You will be able to login using your account to modify or cancel your Auto-refill at any time. You are responsible for payment on all merchandise shipped prior to cancellation request. 

These terms cover any subsequent changes made to the Auto-Refill order, including but not limited to:
    Frequency of shipments
    Credit card information (update existing or enter new card)

CardioTabs reserves the right to update or revise these Auto-DeliveryTerms & Conditions at any time. If you do not accept these Auto-Delivery Terms & Conditions or any changes proposed by us, your only remedy is to cancel your registration for the program. You acknowledge that CardioTabs may elect in its discretion to discontinue the program at any time.
