Pumpkin Spice Protein Bites

  • 1 1/3 c Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 1/3 c Quick Oats
  • 1/3 c Flax Seed
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 c Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Spice
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 3 scoops CardioWhey Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 c honey
Directions:
Mix wet ingredients first in one bowl, dry in another bowl then combine and make into balls.
This recipe makes 20 balls.
