Flat Belly Salad

It is delicious, easy to prepare, and is healthier for you than any other food or dish on the planet. Unlike most other salads, this one also holds up well without wilting for 24 or 48 hours in the fridge, even with olive oil and vinegar on it. One of my favorite breakfasts is left-over Flat Belly Salad with a protein source like chicken breast, shrimp or sardines.
Flat Belly Salad
• Kale
• Red, orange, green, and yellow peppers
• Purple cabbage
• Red onion
• Cilantro
• Dice up all the vegetables
• Toss salad with extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar
