What is the Heart Smart Subscription Service?
The CardioTabs Heart Smart Subscription Service allows you to set up scheduled delivery for the products you use on a recurring basis.  To begin receiving your scheduled shipments, go to the product page*, select your preferred shipment frequency, date of first delivery, quantity per shipment, and hit Add to Cart.

How do I change my Heart Smart Subscription Service?
You are able to add, remove, or make updates at any time while you shop, before you check out, by logging into your account online, or by calling a Brand Ambassador at 1-800-811-1007.
In cart: You can change the quantity and frequency of shipments for each product in your shopping cart.

Before order submission: Prior to checkout, you can review your purchases and make changes before submitting your order.

Updating your Subscription Service:
- Select My Account in the upper right corner of our home page.
- Sign in using your valid email address and password.
- Select My Subscriptions in the left hand navigation options.
- Click on Edit and make any updates you wish.
- Save your changes.  They will be effective immediately.


How do I cancel my participation in the Heart Smart Subscription Service?
You can opt out of the subscription service at any time by following the account instructions above and selecting Cancel or by calling a Brand Ambassador at 1-800-811-1007. Opting out or cancelling an order will stop all future shipments of that particular product. To resume receiving a product using the subscription service, you will need to place a new order for that product.  


How do I renew my Heart Smart Subscription Service?
Scheduled shipments will continue as long as you want them to, with no expiration date. No hassling with selecting your products again and again, year after year.

Note, if your credit card expires your shipment will not process until you update the information on file either by logging into your account or calling a Brand Ambassador at 1-800-811-1007.


Heart Smart Subscription Service Terms & Conditions
Customer agrees to charges for products based on the frequency selected.  Subscription Service will be in effect from the date first order is processed, unless canceled by customer.

Unless modified by the customer, the credit card used to set up the initial Subscription Service order will be charged for subsequent orders. Subsequent orders will not be charged until they are shipped. By placing a Subscription Service order, you authorize CardioTabs to charge your credit card for subsequent Subscription Service orders from the date the first order is processed unless you cancel or suspend your Subscription Service shipments earlier.

Payment and order information is available to you on the site as a registered user. Credit cards and debit cards will be the only valid tender types accepted for payment on Subscription Service orders.

Actual order amount may vary due to changes in price and/or shipping amounts. Product prices will reflect pricing at time of shipment. All promotions, outside of specified Subscription Service promotions, will not apply to Subscription Service products.

You must register with www.cardiotabs.com in order to set up Heart Smart Subscription Service shipments, and must have a valid email address.

You will be able to login using your account to modify or cancel your Subscription Service at any time. You are responsible for payment on all merchandise shipped prior to cancellation request. You can cancel the Subscription Service at any time by going to a product’s subscription page within your account. Cancelling an order will stop all future shipments of that particular product. To resume receiving a product using the Subscription Service, you need to place a new order for that product.

These terms cover any subsequent changes made to the Subscription Service order, including but not limited to:
    Quantity
    Pricing
    Frequency of shipments
    Credit card information (update existing or enter new card)

CardioTabs reserves the right to update or revise these Subscription Service Terms & Conditions at any time. If you do not accept these Subscription Service Terms & Conditions or any changes proposed by us, your only remedy is to cancel your registration for the program. You acknowledge that CardioTabs may elect in its discretion to discontinue the program at any time.
