 Dr. O'Keefe is the founder and President of CardioTabs. He graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine in 1982. Dr. O'Keefe completed two residencies at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota following graduation. He is board-certified in internal medicine with a subspecialty in cardiovascular disease. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the Council of Clinical Cardiology. In addition to a full clinical practice, Dr. O'Keefe is very involved in clinical research. He is credited with over 120 peer-reviewed manuscripts and 140 abstracts, is the lead author on 4 books, and has contributed chapters to 6 others.
